An understanding of the group process is not possible without reflecting upon its context, the formative social surround, present mainly the social unconscious. From experience gained from a peer-supervision group that I facilitated, I highlight the impact of changing social identity, due to all-embracing societal changes, in tile mirroring processes of the group. |
