Zusammenfassung:Previous work posits that agricultural land use conflicts associated with right-to-farm issues are primarily a consequence of urban pressure. Examines the role played by farm, farmer and community characteristics as determinants of these conflicts. Findings reveal that farm operation characteristics(enterprise type and size) are more strongly linked to right-to-farm conflicts than either farmer or community characteristics. (Abstract amended)
