Zusammenfassung: | Two major changes in an academic health sciences library led to the reexamination of the method of keeping client transaction statistics and to the development of a new classification system for them. One was a library-wide project to review how all statistics were kept within the library and the other was the adoption of a single point of service concept at the main service desk. The need for triage and training at the new single service desk was the main impetus for the new classification system. |
