Differences in self-esteem of college freshmen as a function of classroom seating-row preference

Multidimensional Self-Esteem inventory scores of 124 freshers were analyzed according to what seating row the student occupied in class. Results showed that scores on all 11 subscales of the inventory declined as students sat in rows farther from the front. (Abstract amended)
