Rethinking the Values of Work and Economic Measures of Costs and Benefits: What Realities of Family and Work for Women and Men Must Now Be Taken Into Account in the Workplace?

The University of Southern California's Think Tank suggests that, in rethinking the real choices for women and men about family and work, the danger is a new traditionalism, even in this liberal quarter. The danger is that we would still impose or fit women into the structures of the male model of work, instead of thinking that feminist models are needed.
