Stolen Glances: Lesbians Take Photographs

Various photographs taken by lesbians are presented. Although there are several lesbian photographers who exhibit or publish their work in the US and the UK, there has been no concerted effort to bring these artists together. There is a need to document and store their work as representations of lesbians by lesbians, revealing the identity of this community and dispelling the myths and misconceptions held by heterosexuals and even homosexuals.
