Zusammenfassung:The aim of the present study was to assess the occurence of obsessive‐compulsive symptoms (OCS) in schizophrenic patients treated with clozapine, and to examine the relationship between OCS and other clinical variables. The results support earlier findings which suggest that clozapine produces or unmasks OCS. In addition, the severity of OCS was not related to other dimensions of psychopathology, severity of illness, clinical improvement or dose and duration of clozapine treatment.
