Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this article is to describe the efforts to develop and implement a survey-based component for program assessment that provides a framework for on-going program evaluation and improvement. In addition, they will report on results from their first cycle of data collection, discuss how these results were used in evaluating their undergraduate instructional programs, and propose a theoretical model of the dimensions of pre-service teacher education revealed by factor analytic techniques. The purpose of the survey instrument was to help us learn how recent graduates of the pre-service teacher education program perceived the quality of their undergraduate preparation. |
