Zusammenfassung: | Overall stability in the Central Asian region depends on both the attitude of the international community and the policies of the individual Central Asian governments. In the following article, the authors analyse the global approach to the region taken by the main outside actors and then conclude by stressing the need for a comprehensive approach to security in Central Asia to which the OSCE as well as the NACC and Partnership for Peace can contribute. The views expressed in this article are the authors' own and do not necessarily reflect those of NATO or member governments. |
