Sustainability of mega-city regions in China: The future of Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou

The three mega-city regions of Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou China are all presently encountering serious resource shortages and environmental deterioration. Sustainable urban development for those mega-city regions is discussed.
