Zusammenfassung:It is shown that the Demski and Sappington (1990) invertibility condition is not necessary for fully revealing disclosure; the Vickrey (1992) conditions escape this criticism; and income can be strictly superior to net cash flow in fully revealing disclosure and vice versa These results imply that both variables can convey incremental information and, thus, that additional incremental-information-content studies of these variables are desirable.
