Zusammenfassung: | Conditioning factors on hospital operation - external and internal ones - are analysed. In any manner hospital must be always considered as an enterprise in its operation. In a first group, of external factors, government position in front of hospital is considered. In the same group, marketing relevance in hospital operation is examined. In a second group, of structural pattern, external evaluation standards and attending demands of patient needs are examined. Functional factors are presented in third group and include administrative pattern, activities funding, hospital informatization system, employees abilities development and hospital engagement in quality control in its operation.
