Zusammenfassung:Using two-phase sampling mechanism, estimation of ratio of two unknown population means is considered when population mean of main auxiliary variable x is unknown, but that of an additional auxiliary variable z is known. Developing a new concept, we focus attention on the creation of some new estimators as well as a general class of estimators for our purpose.
