Journal of Business Research forthcoming.] provide in drawing from social and organizational psychology literatures and in advocating a closer look at the organizational behavior literature where trust and commitment are cornerstones of relationship building. In addition, the commentary calls for a separation of the predictors of the firm–employee relationship and the strength of the relationship itself. |
