Zusammenfassung: | The study focused on the relationship between the big five factors of personality (Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience) and generalized perceived self-efficacy with team performance among professionals of non-profit rural development organizations. The results suggest that Extraversion. Agreeableness and Conscientiousness are positively related with team performance and Neuroticism was negatively related with it. Generalized perceived self-efficacy and openness to experience are not related with team performance. Regression analysis results show that the big five factors of personality along with generalized perceived self-efficacy explained 31% of variance in team performance. However, only Extra-version, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness had significant unique contribution to the variance in performance. |
