Vibrational Anomalies in the Superconducting Compound La(1.85)Ba(0.15)CuO(4)

A new class of unusual high temperature superconductors, which include the prototype member La1.85Ba0.15CuO4, shows a wide variety of physical phenomena. Neutron inelastic scattering experiments on the High Energy Transfer spectrometer were performed on this superconducting compound.
