Zusammenfassung:The stability and specific properties of metastable states in multicomponent systems are considered in terms of supramolecular chemistry. Some logical, theoretical, and experimental evidences are presented in favor of the supramolecular concept of eutectics allowing for the interaction between incommensurate substructures. A possibility of self-assembly of interacting initial substructures and formation of nonautonomous phases in melt is shown.
