Zusammenfassung:A series of nano-Ba0.85-xYxSr0.07Ca0.08MnyTi1-yO3 (x = 0.7-1.2%, y = 0-0.06%) solid solutions were synthesised by a solid-state reaction at low temperature. Doping different content Y and Mn showed that the room-temperature resistance decreased by doping Y, and the resistance jump increased dramatically by doping Mn. The optimum donor level increased significantly with increasing acceptor level. The room-temperature resistance changed as a U-type curve with increasing Mn additive concentration while the resistance jump was reversed. The influence of sintering temperature and soaking time on the properties of PTC materials is discussed. 18 refs.
