Zusammenfassung:The Climate Equity Alliance supports legislation and regulation to reduce carbon emissions and slow climate change, arguing that they disproportionately hurt the poor and racial minorities, who are more likely to live near polluting industries and who tend to have fewer resources to cope with extreme weather.
