Zusammenfassung: | We examine the possibility that a massive dark object (MDO) at the center of some galaxies can be the side of a wormhole throat. This hypothesis could provide the basis for a viable modeling of MDOs with wormhole throats provided it passes the first crucial test: Orbits of stars near the throat ought to be highly relativistic. By analyzing the effective potential for causal geodesies near the throat of an arbitrary spherical wormhole, we find that the modeling can pass this test provided a fine tuning of the data determining the wormhole. |
