Magnetic anisotropy in the electron momentum density of iron

The measurements of the {111}, {110} and {100} directional Compton profiles of the unparied spin electons in a single crystal of iron, obtained with a 60-keV circularly polarized beam extracted from the Daresbury ring are discussed.
