Zusammenfassung:Since September 1985, the Saskatchewan Farm Input Price Survey has provided farmers and farm‐related businesses with detailed price information on purchased farm inputs. From economic theory such information may be expected to result in a reduction of price dispersion. The results of this study agree with the theory. It was found that price dispersion was significantly reduced both within trading centers and between trading centers over the two‐year history of the Survey.
