On the other hand, endoprosthetics of young people should be pos poned as long as possible to prolong anatomical and functional life of joints A long term submersible endoapparatus provides unloading of the hip joint against a background of conservation of hip joint function in young patients, thereby prolonging for 5.25 years anatomical and functional life of hip joints and delaying endoprosthetics.
