Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents the dynamic behavior analysis for a vertical machining center during milling process or without load. We have analyzed theoretically and experimentally the behavior of the feed drives systems and spindle. The experimental research shows transmission of vibrations to the mechanical components of the machine tool and theirs influence upon the cutting process. In the same time, we have analyzed the linear motion trajectories containing a square corner, which can be regarded as an important factor to evaluate the performance of high speed machining. |
