Zusammenfassung:The mixed boron nitride (BN) particles with different sizes of 0.3, 6.0, 20.0 mum and mass ratio of 1:1:3 were filled in methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVQ). The effect of BN amount on thermal conductivity, thermal degradation, coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and curing characteristics of MVQ were studied. The results showed that therma1 conductivity and the temperature of thermal decomposition increased with increasing BN amount, while thermal degradation and CTE declined, but the effect of BN on the cure characteristics of MVQ was less. When BN was 150 phr, the comprehensive performance of MVQ was better.
