Zusammenfassung: | A new coating system of (Ti, Cr, Al, X) N was developed for high speed dry machining applications. Band parameter method was employed for maximizing the Al content in the (Ti, Cr, Al) N coating while maintaining a preferable cubic crystal structure. A drastic increase in oxidation resistance was achieved by adding Si and Y. A nano-multilayer coating system was developed using an AIP + UBMS hybrid coating process. Crystalline layers formed by AIP and amorphous layers formed by UBMS were stacked alternately to refine the grain size of the coating in the direction of its growth. |
