Short Communication: Diffusion welding of gamma-TiAl based alloys through nano-layered foil of Ti/Al system

Application of nano-layered foil Ti/Al as an intermediate element produces sound joints of gamma-TiAl based alloys on heating up to the temperature of about 1000-1200 deg C and pressure of 10 MPa.
