Zusammenfassung: | Different computational fluid dynamics (CFD) strategies were developed to analyze and to better understand the cavitation phenomenon. Based on homogeneous models, two numerical approaches were explored to capture large density variations and unsteady behaviors of cavitating flows. Several simulations were performed in a two-dimensional Venturi geometry. Local and global analyses were proposed based on comparisons between experimental and numerical results. |
