MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION METHOD OF SLIPPERINESS OF PINPOINT FLOOR

The efficient evaluation method of slipperiness of pinpoint floors is proposed in this article. Firstly, sensory test were carried out to make the sensory scales and the evaluation scales of slipperiness of pinpoint floors. Then, the authors developed the slip meter of pinpoint floor (SMPF) to measure the slip resistance of pinpoint floors, the C.S.R·PF (Coefficient of Slip Resistance of Pinpoint Floors) can be expressed by the sensory scales of pinpoint floors. Finally, considering the relation between the evaluation scales and C.S.R·PF, authors presented the measurement and evaluation method of slipperiness of pinpoint floors.
