Zusammenfassung: | A systematic approach to simulating customer-oriented operating loads for chassis components quickly and reliably will be presented. Correlations between driver behaviour and vehicle-specific parameters were identified from extensive measurements carried out on public roads and prepared for the simulation. These identifications are used for estimating operating loads at an early stage of the development process, where the given vehicle data are limited. It will be shown that only a few given parameters of the overall vehicle already allow the determination of realistic, customer-oriented operating loads, without requiring real-vehicle measurements. |
