Zusammenfassung: | General polystyrene (GPS)/powdered styrene-butadiene rubber (PSBR) blends were prepared by twin-screw dynamic vulcanization process. The effect of mass ratio of GPS to PSBR, the amount of softening agent, the type of reinforcing agent and process on the properties of blends were investigated, and comparison was conducted with high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in properties. The results showed that the flow properties of blends in processing were improved when softening agent was used, and the reinforcement of nano-kaolin to blends was obvious, when the mass ratio of GPS to PSBR was 80:20. The properties of GPS modified with PSBR were similar to those of HIPS, and the aging resistance of blends made by dynamic vulcanization was better than that of blends made by non-dynamic vulcanization. |
