Zusammenfassung: | Special features of structure formation due to austenization of hardened steels with elevated resistance to diffusion relaxation are studied. The grain structure is shown to form in stages that involve successive implementation of the processes of inheritance of initial structure and primary and secondary recrystallization. It is shown that the grains obtained after primary recrystallization can be stabilized by optimizing the parameters of the carbide phase. Aprocess of heat cycling treatment is developed in order to obtain austenite grains about 1 μm in size and a specific kind of “nonlath” martensite with blocks about 0.2 μm in size in steel 12Kh2G2NMFT. |
