Zusammenfassung:The hydrolyzed colloidal state reaction was used to synthesize polycrystalline samples of Nd:YVO4 at temperatures lower than 1200 deg C. Nd:YVO4 single crystals were grown by the Czochralski technique. The Nd:YVO4 crystal slices were annealed in O2 atmosphere. The weak absorption and its relaxation time of Nd:YVO4 crystal at 1064 nm were investigated. The annealing effect was also discussed.
