Zusammenfassung: | This study is confined to problems relating to trade union leaders in the strict sense of the term, i.e. persons performing management functions at any level within the trade union, usually as members of the executive. The study is not concerned with questions of election and removal of workers' representatives within an undertaking, such as shop stewards, staff delegates, members of works committees and other outside representatives of trade unions. It is, moreover, primarily with workers' organisations that the study is concerned, since the legislation of many countries on trade unions does not apply to employers' organisations. |
