Zusammenfassung:A backoff algorithm based on Minimum Contention Window Self-adaptive Adjusting (MCWSA) is proposed in this paper. The idea of this algorithm is that every node in the network adjusts self minimum contention window periodically, according to the comparing result of the present slot utilization and the optimal value, to adopt the congestion status. Simulation result proves that MCWSA can enhance the IEEE 802.11 performance in saturation throughout and delay.
