Zusammenfassung: | Twenty-five hospitalized alcoholics participated in an analogue study designed to test the efficacy of two social skill training programs. All subjects participated in a series of role play situations prior to and following treatment which were scored for a number of behaviors. Following pre-test, subjects were randomly assigned to a no treatment control group or to one of two skill training groups. Results indicated that treatment was effective in modifying alcoholics' responses on several of the behavioral ratings. |
