Zusammenfassung:We present the results of the theoretical and experimental investigations aimed at the development of the procedures of acoustic-emission evaluation of the time of start and subcritical development of cracks in structural materials. A procedure of rapid determination of the lower threshold value of the stress intensity factor under quasistatic loading of materials in working media is described. The developed procedures and equipment used for their realization are intended for the engineering diagnostics of products and structural elements in the process of operation. The proposed device can serve as basic for the subsequent commercial production of portable devices aimed at the acoustic-emission inspection in the Ukraine.
