Zusammenfassung: | Trilayered Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12/BiFeO3/Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT/BFO/BLT) films were fabricated on (111) Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by chemical solution deposition (CSD). For comparison, single-layered BFO, single-layered BLT, and bilayered BFO/BLT films were also prepared on the same substrates. Compared with the single-layered BFO films, the tirlayered films demonstrate improved magnetic properties with much reduced magnetization and weakened ferromagnetism, of which the mechanism is the decreased canting angle and the weakened double exchange interaction in BFO in the trilayered films. The dielectric characteristics of the trilayered films are simultaneously modified. |
