Zusammenfassung: | Based on the principle of transmission and variable speed, utilizing the characteristic of hypocycloid, a kind of original non-frictional mechanical continuously variable transmission (CVT) is proposed, which combines planet gear transmission and similar sine mechanism. On the basis of completing structure design, the characteristic parameters are studied. The analysis results show that this CVT is a kind of impulse CVT, output velocity wave is less under high velocity running, while wave is bigger on the contrary. Since the transmission ratio value can be changed from one to infinite, output shaft may stop revolving under no stopping machine. So, it may serve as a clutch. |
