Zusammenfassung:A novel method for the treatment of solid-liquid interfaces in the framework of dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) is presented. The solid is represented by an amorphous, thermally rough ensemble of particles. Since the density of this phase is chosen commensurate to the liquid, artefacts of alternative wall models such as particle layering or spurious variations in temperature are avoided. An adjustable static contact angle permits the convenient study of complex wetting phenomena. We explore the physical behaviour of this boundary model with respect to bulk Poiseuille and Couette flow as well as forced wetting and the behaviour of dynamic contact angles.
