Zusammenfassung:A self-pulsed, self-oscillating detector sensor based on a gallium arsenide reflection amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuit and microstrip patch antenna is presented. The sensor, which can detect signals as low as -120dBm in a 30Hz bandwidth at modulated backscatter frequencies above 20kHz, operates at 19.8GHz and requires a single 3.7V DC bias supply.
