Zusammenfassung:A wide variety of degenerative, inflammatory and infective arthropathies with overlapping clinical features can involve the knee joint. Due to its excellent soft tissue contrast resolution and multiplanar capability, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) plays a significant role in early and accurate diagnosis of various arthropathies. In this article, we have provided a brief review of MRI features of various arthropathies involving the knee joint.
