Dynamic Responses of Soil Organic Carbon to Urbanization: A Global Perspective

ABSTRACT Rapid global urbanization has a complex impact on soil organic carbon (SOC) stocks. Through its direct and indirect impacts on soil formation and development, urbanization greatly influences SOC stocks.
