Zusammenfassung:Chemical investigation on the aerial parts of Euphorbia fischeriana resulted in the identification of eight abietane-type diterpenoids including three undescribed ones, named 3α-acetoxy-14-hydroxy-ent-abieta-8(9),13(15)-dien-16,12-olide (1), 3α,7β-dihydroxy-ent-abieta-11(12),13(15)-dien-16,12-olide (2), and 2β-hydroxy helioscopinolide B (3). Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against the HL-60, SMMC-7721, and SGC-7901 cancer cells.
