Zusammenfassung:From the Vietnamese Garcinia schomburgkiana fruits, a new compound, guttiferone X ( 1 ), together with two known compounds, guttiferones I ( 2 ) and K ( 3 ), were isolated and structurally elucidated. Guttiferone X ( 1 ) was evaluated for its α-glucosidase inhibition, showing moderate activity with an IC 50 value of 135.1 μM.
