Zusammenfassung: | Today's research is focused on developing new safe drugs of clinical importance. Nitrogen-containing heterocycles are abundant in the common of therapeutic scaffolds. Triazoles are heterocyclic compounds containing a five-membered ring of two carbon atoms and three nitrogen molecules. These structures have sparked enthusiasm for advancing new analogues with miscellaneous biological activities. The need for innovative antifungal drugs is an urgent issue in the current situation where the number of refractory suppressed patients is increasing. This review summarizes research leading to the innovation and progress of latest antifungal agents from a variety of resource during this time. This review primarily focuses on the in vitro and in vivo antifungal activity, design, and SAR of new antifungal agents. |
