Zusammenfassung: | For dental graduates transitioning into junior oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) roles, the shift from general dental practice to the hospital environment presents unique challenges. This article reviews the key resources and training tools that are available and commonly used by these graduates to prepare for their roles. The findings are based on a survey of 61 junior OMFS practitioners, highlighting the most helpful resources and identifying gaps that could be addressed to better support new entrants into the field and enhance training satisfaction. |
