Zusammenfassung:We sought to examine the association between hidradenitis suppurativa and cigarette smoking and cannabis use with a cross sectional study using All of Us, a National Institutes of Health research program which focuses on traditionally underrepresented populations in research. Using electronic health record and survey data, we found that the odds of cigarette smoking and cannabis use are increased by 75% and 54% respectively, in patients with hidradenitis suppurativa.
