Zusammenfassung: | The effects of compositional modification by substituting Mg or Fe for Zn on perovskite formation, crystallographic structure, and dielectric properties of Pb(Zn1/2W1/2)O3 were investigated. Microstructural evolution in the sintered ceramics was also examined. Stabilisation of the perovskite structure was accomplished by a much smaller concentration of Mg substitution. Lattice parameters of the perovskite decreased with increasing substituent fractions. In contrast, the permittivity values increased significantly with increasing Mg/Fe substitution. 27 refs. |
