Zusammenfassung:	A 30-year-old male with fever after a travel in Ethiopia was visited in a hospital in Spain. Laboratory tests showed eosinophilia and liver alterations. Fasciola hepatica serology was positive, and radiological alterations found were suggestive of acute fascioliasis. After receiving triclabendazole, all the analytical and radiological alterations resolved.
